Who are we?
Xceptional Design Studio was founded in June 2012. We have established ourselves as a one stop studio where your imagination can blend with our expertise and professionalism to create the look and feel you want as your end result.
We are in the business of producing high quality graphical solutions for all sectors of the architectural and building development community. We produce visual media that presents our clients' schemes in the best possible light; adding tangible value to interactive presentations, planning submissions and marketing literature.
We have built a reputation for reliably producing high quality computer generated images and animations in a short time-frame through evolved workflows and our commitment to investment in the latest technologies.
Although XD Studio is a Caribbean based entity we have the capacity to produce architectural visualizations at an international standard.
Our images are the result of the dialogues and interaction that we have with our clients. We take a pro-active approach in getting our clients involved throughout the production process. In what is still a relatively new industry locally, our team and it's collective experience allows us to react positively to requests from our clients for new and innovative ways of presentation.
Joel Lewis
(Director)
Mr. Lewis has qualifications, skills and expertise in architectural design, engineering & structural design; including detailing, development of material listing and detailed construction costing. He has proven himself over the past eleven years within the industry, having worked on a number of significant residential and governmental projects for past employers. Mr. Lewis' main expertise would be the structural and engineering aspect of our drawing projects. The experience and knowledge garnered over the years within the industry has helped with the formation of XDStudio.
Curtis Daniel Jr
(Director)
Mr. Daniel serves as XDStudio’s main in-house 3D Modeling and rendering expert. He has proven his skills at 3D presentations and visualizations for all of our past clients over the last few years. Apart from starting XDStudio, Mr. Daniel has been working in the industry for the last ten years, enhancing and improving his skill level. He also serves as the chief design consultant at XDStudio. The experience and exposure he has obtained in the field has sharpened and enhanced his abilities and enables him to bring design brilliance to projects undertaken by the company.
Seremei Cayetano
(Engineer)
Mr Cayetano is a young, dynamic upcoming engineer who serves as another engineering consultant for XDStudio... With his qualifications and expertise he is responsible for doing our design/engineering calculations for any type of building that requires one.. He is verse in doing steel structures and reinforced concrete/block work structures.. He is also a registered engineer with the Board of Engineering of Trinidad and Tobago
